Terms of Use

Effective: August 12, 2026Last Updated: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the public Solvixa website operated by Solvixa Solutions LLC. They apply to the website as an informational resource. They do not replace a client engagement agreement for professional services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

If you use the website on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

About Solvixa

The website is operated by Solvixa Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States. Solvixa provides business operations and technology services, which may include process improvement, automation, software and application development, managed operational support, and related professional services, as described generally on the website.

Website Use

You may use the website to learn about Solvixa, review publicly posted information, and, if you choose, request a meeting through the scheduling page. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Business Information / No Professional Advice

Website content is general business information about Solvixa and the types of work we may perform. It is provided for informational purposes only.

Website content is not:

  • legal advice;
  • tax advice;
  • accounting or audit advice;
  • financial advice; or
  • medical advice.

Descriptions of bookkeeping, accounts payable or receivable support, Dental & Medical Billing, technology, or process improvement are general descriptions of operational and technology services. They do not mean that Solvixa is providing licensed CPA, legal, or medical services through the website.

Visiting the website or scheduling a call does not create a client, advisory, or professional relationship.

No Offer or Guarantee

Nothing on the website is an offer to sell services, a guarantee of results, or a commitment that any particular service is available to every prospect. Website descriptions are general descriptions of potential capabilities.

Solvixa does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free operation, particular business outcomes, cost savings, revenue, search rankings, software results, or service availability.

Service Engagements

These Terms govern use of the public website. They do not replace client engagement agreements.

Actual services involving managed services, process improvement, automation, software or application development, technology delivery, consulting, implementation, or other professional services will be governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, engagement agreement, or other written agreement, as appropriate.

Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, timing, responsibilities, service levels, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality, warranties, and payment terms are determined by that applicable client agreement. Payment terms for services, if any, are established in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or other client agreement and are handled outside the public website. The website does not process payments.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed client agreement regarding paid services, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

Scheduling and Third-Party Services

You may request a meeting through the scheduling page at /book. Scheduling a meeting does not obligate either party to enter into a business relationship.

The booking experience uses Cal.com. Use of the scheduling interface may also be subject to Cal.com’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

A booked meeting is not:

  • acceptance of a project;
  • an engagement agreement;
  • a guarantee of availability; or
  • a binding scope commitment.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Solvixa website design, branding, original text, graphics, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Solvixa Solutions LLC and protected by applicable law.

You may view and use the website for ordinary personal or business evaluation of Solvixa. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit the website’s original materials without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

These Terms do not claim ownership of Cal.com, third-party trademarks, client materials, open-source software generally, or third-party photography beyond actual licensing rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • interfere with operation of the website;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
  • introduce malware or other harmful code;
  • scrape or harvest personal information unlawfully;
  • use the website for unlawful purposes;
  • impersonate others; or
  • misuse booking functionality.

Third-Party Links and Services

The website may include links to or embeds of third-party services, including Cal.com. Those services are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Solvixa is not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” informational basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solvixa disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the public website and its content.

Website information may be incomplete, outdated, or change without notice. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solvixa and its members, managers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the public website, your reliance on website content, or third-party services or links, even if Solvixa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation concerns use of the public website. Liability for paid client services, if any, is addressed in the applicable client agreement and is not capped by an arbitrary amount in these website Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solvixa Solutions LLC from reasonable claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, you agree that courts located in the State of Florida are an appropriate venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or use of the public website.

Changes to the Website or Terms

We may update the website or these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change when we revise these Terms. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
